Webflow pricing, printed rather than promised

One flat figure for the whole build, agreed in writing before anyone starts. No hourly billing, no change orders for work that was always going to be needed, and no scope drift once it is signed.

A floor, not an average — what your project costs is set against a written scope.

Three ways to work together

Two are builds and one is what happens afterwards. Most projects start at Growth, because a site that is only built and never tuned stops earning within a year.

What actually moves the number

Scope moves it. Hours never do — we do not bill them, so a build taking longer than we expected is our problem and not a revised invoice.

  1. Page count

A five-page site and a fifty-page site are different builds, not the same build at different speeds.

    Largest single factor

  2. CMS collections

Every collection is a content model, a set of templates and a training session. Three is routine; twelve is a project of its own.

    Compounds with page count

  3. Migration size

Moving two hundred posts with their rankings intact takes a redirect map and parity checks. Moving twenty does not.

Adds a fixed block of work

  4. Motion

Scroll choreography and custom GSAP work is built and performance-budgeted per section, not applied as a theme.

    Priced per section

  5. Integrations

Memberships, booking systems, e-commerce and automation each bring their own edge cases and their own QA.

    Priced per integration

  6. Content

Copy and imagery ready at kickoff keeps the timeline. Waiting on them is the most common reason a build slips.

Moves the timeline, not the fee

Not sure where you land? Send the scope you have— a rough page count and whether anything is being migrated is enough for a real figure.

From first call to a figure you can plan around

Four steps, and you are not committed at any of them until you accept the number.

  1. A free consultation

Thirty minutes on what the site has to do, who it is for, and what is failing on the current one. No deck.

  2. Scope in writing

Pages, collections, integrations and motion listed out, so the thing being priced is a document rather than an impression.

  3. One flat figure

A single number against that scope, sent in writing. Not a range, not an hourly estimate, not a day rate.

  4. It holds

The figure does not move unless you change the scope — and if it does change, you get the new figure before any work happens against it.

Six things every figure buys

These hold for every package. If one of them fails it is our problem to fix, not a line item to re-quote.

  • A site that converts

More traffic turning into leads and revenue — not just prettier pixels.

  • Fewer headaches, faster answers

One dedicated team with synchronized communication.

  • A budget you can plan around

Flat, transparent packages starting at $2,000.

  • Speed that doesn’t cost quality

    Faster launches without quality compromises.

  • Support you can rely on

Issues get resolved, not logged and forgotten.

  • Search visibility from day one

Built-in schema, clean code, fast load times.

Everything else about the money

Eight answers, all of them the same ones you will get on the call.

What does a Webflow website cost with Devdwell?

Flat packages start at $2,000. That is a floor, not an average: the figure for your project is set against a written scope — page count, CMS collections, migration size, integrations and motion — and sent to you before any work starts.

Is the price really flat, or is it an estimate that grows?

It is flat. You get one figure in writing against an agreed scope, and it does not move unless you change the scope. There is no hourly billing, so there is nothing for us to gain from a build taking longer.

What is not included in the package price?

Your Webflow site plan and workspace seats are billed by Webflow directly, not by us, and third-party services such as Memberstack or a booking provider keep their own subscriptions. Everything we do — design, build, QA, launch and training — is inside the flat figure.

Do you charge for the initial consultation or the quote?

No. The consultation is free and so is the written scope and quote that follows it. You are only committed once you accept the figure.

How long does a Webflow build take?

Most projects run four to eight weeks end to end, across discovery, design, build, QA and launch. Timelines hold because the sequence is the same every time; the usual cause of a slip is content arriving late, not the build.

How does the Care retainer work?

It is monthly, quoted against scope, and you can cancel any time. It covers maintenance and content support, uptime monitoring with alerting and resolution, dedicated troubleshooting rather than a shared inbox, and a quarterly performance and Core Web Vitals review.

Do you take payment in stages?

Yes. Projects are split across the build rather than paid in full up front, and the schedule is set out in the same written quote as the figure, so there are no invoices you have not already seen.

Can you work to a fixed budget?

Tell us the number. Above the $2,000 floor there is almost always a version of the project that fits it — usually by staging the build, launching the pages that earn first and adding the rest against real traffic rather than guesses.

The number is the easy part. Tell us what the site has to do.

Design that converts, speed that scales. A free consultation, then a flat quote in writing — for the whole build, or for the one piece of it that is holding the site back.
